Robert is a Chancery specialist who appears regularly in Courts across the South West and in London. He focuses in particular on Trusts of Land actions (on which he has conducted several seminars) and on Housing appeals under Section 204 of the Housing Act 1996. He is also interested in more traditional aspects of Chancery practice, including the construction of Wills, probate, easements and restrictive covenants, as well as the more commercial side including landlord and tenant and insolvency. He has developed a niche practice in advising clients on minimising inheritance tax.

Robert accepts instructions under Conditional Fee Agreements and under Public Funding Certificates.
