Rebecca has a special interest in Immigration and Asylum law.
During her academic studies Rebecca has developed her interest in Immigration law. At an undergraduate level Rebecca read extensively in European law: E.C. (Introduction), E.U. (Substantive), as well as E.C.H.R. and E.C. (Environmental). Rebecca continued her interest into her LL.M, and B.V.C, when the areas were studied either through a family law or a pure human rights stance along with domestic, European, and International perspectives.
Rebecca has experience of advocacy involving the use of interpreters and ‘out of hours’ applications. Rebecca has extensive expertise with all kinds of lay clients. She has a good working ability and understanding of both German and French.
Rebecca is committed to offering the highest of client care to both the lay and professional clients.
Rebecca has recently undertaken marshalling in this area of law.
She accepts Publicly Funded work in all her areas of expertise.
