Housing/Landlord and Tenant:
With a particular interest in possession claims where anti-social behavior is involved, involving ASBIs, ASBOs and unlawful eviction claims and harassment. Tahina acts for Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and Defendants within this field.
She also has specialist training in 1954 Act disputes.
Insolvency, debt claims and Professional Negligence:
Acted for clients at all levels.
Ancillary relief/ Cohabitee Disputes (TLATA 1996)
With particular interest in the treatment of pensions and final salary schemes, she has completed recently her Masters level dissertation on the treatment of pensions within current ancillary relief practices, on which she was commended. She has trained in Business Law and practices which enables her to have a good grasp of this area and is able to use her knowledge where family businesses and companies are involved, she has often represented clients where there are private limited companies tied up in the matrimonial assets and issues of illiquidity, company legislation and share transfer arises. She is the Company Secretary of the chambers management company and Joint Treasurer.

With focus on procedural issues in Transfer of Tenancies, Injunctive Relief: having represented clients under the new legislative framework for Non- Molestation Injunctions.
