Children Act

Gail is a member of our specialist family team and has a busy family practice including Children Act matters both in public and private law cases. She undertakes regular work on behalf of two local authorities and frequently represents parents and other family members through private and public law instructions. Gail is able to utilise her maturity and experience to sympathetically assist vulnerable and anxious clients.

Family Law Act and Matrimonial Causes Act

Gail regularly appears on behalf of partners who find themselves requiring the assistance of a practical and yet robust practitioner. With the changes in the public funding of such matters, Gail is well placed to provide clear, succinct and appropriate advice with the minimum of fuss.
