There are five members of the clerking team:

Joy Daniell - Senior Clerk
Joy has been our Senior Clerk since 1985. Prior to that she had a career in the law and then moved into marketing.

Gareth Latchem - Family Clerk
Gareth joined our team in 2005 after having spent 11 years as a travel agent in a family-run business in the South West.

David Sutton - Civil Clerk

Qualified as a solicitor in Australia, David joined us in 2008. He spent the previous 2 years managing a personal injury team for an insurance company, and is well versed in civil litigation.

Nicola Whetter - Fees Clerk
Prior to joining us in 2005, Nicola spent 15 years with Stephens & Scown, St. Austell as a Law Costs Draftsperson.

Jo Yeo - Fees Clerk
Jo has been with Chambers for 11 years, after having a "career break" to bring up her family.
