Civil Expertise

David has a broad Civil Law practice, representing both Claimants and Defendants in most areas of general common law. He regularly acts in fast and multi-track proceedings and undertakes a range of written work. David is happy to advise both on paper and by telephone.

David’s Civil Law practice encompasses Personal Injury, Housing, Banking Litigation, Road Traffic Cases and Public Law (including challenges to decisions of Public Bodies).
