Practice Profile
Throughout my career at the Bar I have had a particular interest in Private and Family Trusts, and Estate Planning generally; over recent years the larger proportion of my work has involved applications for financial provision, often in relation to wealthy individuals, which in turn may involve consideration of on and offshore trusts.
Alongside pursuing the International STEP Diploma, I am expanding my understanding of onshore capital tax treatment, probate and estate planning generally, with a view to providing clients with a comprehensive service. I am always willing to work as part of team, sometimes including other professional advisors, in order to achieve the desired outcome.
