Animal Welfare
Having spent 20 years as a veterinary surgeon (she retains her practising certificate) Gail has experience in all aspects of animal welfare and health matters and has acted on behalf of the RSPCA, other animal welfare agencies and advised local authorities on their welfare policies.
Marine Law
Gail has undertaken cases involving marine contracts, advised on Harbour Revision Orders and appeared in the Admiralty Court. She is happy to undertake work on all aspects of marine law.
Clinical and Professional Negligence
Gail’s dual qualification makes her uniquely positioned to undertake work in all areas of medical and professional law. She has advised on negligence claims and would welcome instructions on any area which would utilise her particular skills and expertise.
Veterinary Negligence
Gail advises on all aspects of veterinary negligence and is happy to advise clients at their premises.
